All items can be returned free of charge within 30 days. We will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days of receipt of the return. Please note that custom-made jewelry is generally excluded from returns.

Return Policy Highlights
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.
Each Riviera Diamonds piece is delivered with an article number label. For returns to be accepted, this label must remain attached.
Please ensure it styas in place while tyring on your piece - it is designed not to interfere with the elegnace of your fitting experience.

We need to know your:
- Order number
- Reason of your return
You must receive an RA# from us before returning your item. Any package without an RA# will not be accepted.
All returns must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.
Your original shipping costs will not be refund. You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.
Riviera Diamonds Ltd. is not responsible for lost or damage returns that you send. If any package you send is not delivered to us for any reason. We will not replace or refund the order.
